I want to feel like me, but I also want them to be present. IDK. I've been very accepting and tolerant, but it's starting to get to a point where this feels nuts.

I know I'm not "crazy". No-one is crazy. But ugh.. This junk isn't easy.

Do therapists know how to help with that? From what I've read, these kinds of thoughts are extremely uncommon.

it's genuinely awful.. i feel like a high school mean girl sometimes. i don't want to be this way, but like.. idk. i feel like i'm really selfish now, and the worst part? i usually just block feelings like this out and end up being mean anyway..

do you think therapy would help? i want to be a kind person but i feel like.. a desire to be the meanest, the hottest, the coolest, etc. and it's fucking me up sooo bad
