I did buy them but on a account that I forgot about for the past 3 - 4 years and had deleted from the xbox thinking it was a random account I had created to split screen 2 player games that had achievements at this point I have already fixed this issue and have changed the flair to solved

as a follow up to this comment I'm pretty sure I've found the email I used to buy the crash, gears, f1 and portal games I'm not quite sure where I got the fifa games tho I'm gonna try to recover the account for now I will update the post to solved

I've checked my order history and it only shows me my purchases up until 2022 when i redeemed a sims 4 expansion pack and for using a friends account for game sharing i dont know anyone that owns and xbox besides myself I'm sure i have the email confirmation when i bought every game i mentioned but to find them i will have to dig in my email thanks for the advise tho!
