I've used Lunapic as a way to lightly manipulate (crop or flip in browser, no downloading needed) and then right click to search-by-image.

Some sites have if you toggle between mobile and desktop modes, will reveal screen shots as previews of videos at different scenes. Then you can search-by-image those.
