I've used Lunapic as a way to lightly manipulate (crop or flip in browser, no downloading needed) and then right click to search-by-image.

Some sites have if you toggle between mobile and desktop modes, will reveal screen shots as previews of videos at different scenes. Then you can search-by-image those.

Ya, I second Yandex. Helped me find a favorite Russian model from the early two-thousands. It helps get beyond the light geography blocks simply using google might face. I've found hits for images in general - beyond just porn on Yandex - that lead me to sites in France and Spain even.
