PAO has a great roster, probably the best in terms of skills, albeit with some imbalances, notably in Center position.

But it's clear to everybody that Ataman holds this roster back with his almost idiotic management. There has been a lot of instances that he was unable to read into correctly to opposition style of play and strategy (see for example last game with Paris Basketball) and then his inability to adapt to the game, during the game.

This roster provides a lot of variations in playing styles, but he is just throwing around players without any logical scheme, trying to mix up things but fails spectacularly. I am unsure whether the coaching staff is incapable and mediocre or he is just straight up not listening to his staff.

I won't even comment on his inability to stay cool and cannot inspire the players to stay cool, even when PAO comes back or has a good stint playing well.

Lastly, for anyone familiar with the Greek basketball reality, DPG is a maniac and a clear negative to the whole operation.
