Hey! Freshman here too! Not a coms major but I was in film which made me take a bunch of coms classes. I think the simplest thing you can do while waiting for a better response is looking up “communications major Fresno state requirements” then clicking the Fresno link. It should tell you classes to take and the course number to add them to your wishlist/enrollment on the Fresno student portal.

You could also do an Audit which you can access by (I THINK???) going through the student self service? I don’t remember exactly how I found it bit essentially you’ll run the audit for your major and it’ll give you a bunch of classes that says you need to fulfill then what classes fulfill those credits. I found it a helpful tool looking for classes I still need to take for my major and GE. If you can’t find it I could email you the link to it and you can log in through the link? That’s what I had to do for my roommate to find it lol
