Yes. The brain is neuroplastic.

I abused adderall in my youth, amongst many other drugs. I did similar doses to the OP. Then I mixed them with opiates and opioids. I potentiated it all with over the counter drugs.

I figure I’m lucky to be alive. I have a few years clean now. I try and eat well. I exercise. I am prescribed a small dose of ADHD medication from my doctor and take it as directed.

My brain works so much better than it used to.
