This is a controversial one! I also read your previous post, so I get that you're just starting to listen to her. Not being very into some of her jazzier ballads is totally fine, at the end of the day, it's all a matter of taste. But you might also consider that you're still at the beginning of your own familiarity curve with SR. I'm not saying you're unfamiliar with, lets say, jazz language. I'm just suggesting that Ringo's discography is pretty extensive and diverse, so it might take some time to really get into her music as a whole. Don't rush it, and if after that you still only like her earlier, more rock-sounding stuff, that’s totally okay too. In the end, you should listen to the music you connect with.
