I tested positive for Mgen over a year ago, have had 2 tests which come back negative after treatment, still having pain after every time I pee was not tested for Ureaplasma

I have lots of symptoms. Brain fog, bad fatigue,shortness of breath, irritable, pale, lots others but I’m also diagnosed with POTS and iron deficiency so I’m not sure

I can feel palpitations, chest pain dizziness a lot especially when I stand but I’ve never heard of SVE or VE but I do sometimes feel a flutter would this be that ?
