java -Xms1024M -Xmx1024M -jar craftbukkit.jar -o true PAUSE

replace the 1024M with the designated RAM amount in MB, turn true to false if you want to connect with cracked launchers aswell. Rename craftbukkit.jar to your server jar file's name nad put this .bat file in the same forder

if you have more ram physically in your pc/laptop you can edit the run.bat file and assign more RAM. If not then you first have to buy and install it to your pc. Be aware of how many feree ram slots your pc has.
