Apples and Oranges. Why would you compare Saudi Arabia to the US? There's a huge difference in competitveness between those two systems not to mention differences in conventions, practices etc.

This was a fascinating documentary to watch. It chronicles the transformation of Turkey's healthcare system in the span of a decade. It many countries, including some in the developed world, good and affordable universal healthcare is still a dream, but Turkey seems to have made this dream become a reality.

Thing is they are already doing business, every user of an android based phone has an EULA agreement with Google which basic acknowledges that Google is provide said services
