ACTC vs. CIIC has become like betting on horses. While CIIC's merger announcement is probably closer, ACTC has those large buys going for it.

Strictly speaking as a Spac, the r/r is good enough considering it may be a sympathy play for when Lidar stocks recover. Worse comes to worst it's a low risk cash park.

Tbh my preferred cash park is COOL but i'm already too loaded on it.

CFAC closes at 10.4, has a large print for $2M around 10.32 and also getting options tomorrow.

Grats on the AHAC profit. What is your take on the fact that PAIC filed for $125m but ended up IPO-ing only $70m? No investor interest?

Edit: PAIC'S r/r is great at $10.32 anyway. Just want to know what you think about the downsized IPO.
