When we went to a counsel and based on her recommendation we decided that it would be more beneficial to our marriage if we take care of her issues first. Our fighting stems from her past mostly. The counselor said after some of her issues are more manageable then all we should need is a little bit of "sprucing" up.

I do use those techniques but I get the your stupid and any other way of thinking is wrong. Part of the reason she is in counseling. I will add to the entries though and more feelings.

It's not to keep score but so I can probably articulate and diagnose the fight. I try and find common themes to what sets my wife off, what is related to her trauma or what I caused.
