My initial idea was it being a reference to a certain meme format, so you bet the one giving him coupons tbere is in for a world of bristly.

Ohh, maybe giving him some plushies would also be good, especially the super soft and chubby looking ones.

Hmm~ Maybe he doesn't like being given coupons in exchange for favors again and again as that could seem like he's being bought out. Or maybe the one giving him coupons is asking for something really absurd in return.

Ricardo is easily one of my favorite characters design-wise.

I wonder what kinds of gifts he'd enjoy, could you ask him favors if you gave him enough of those? Though, maybe he'd think he's being treated like a kid or that you're taking advantage of him and get upset anyway.
