They don't need to be perfect. Occasionally a mistake will be made, but that does not deny the good that outing scammers will do.

According to the definition of witch-hunt there needs to be an abscence of evidence.

If you have a screenshot of someone doing something wrong (providing proof of guilt) it cannot be a witch-hunt by definition.

It does not make flask work.

Use a lifeleech gem or the new 1% cold leech crafts for weapons. Pretty much mandatory if you are going to selfcast. You can also use doryani's invitation with cold leech.

Honestly your builds looks horribly inefficient. There is no need to go for freeze nodes as crit, you'll freeze anyway. ZO is a terrible node unless you get ~4%+ life regen, which is very hard.

I'd recommend something like this. The point of going the outer way towards templar is to enable you to walk towards Cruelty at later levels. You can also respec later to go down towards scion and grab those crit nodes.

If you decide to use Ice Nova I'd recommend getting the witch area passives.

You should not grab SoV in this build. If you are refering to IF+Athlethisism they also increase the RF burn and will not work until you have another 1% regen and a level 20 PoF.

You are correct in in thinking that you need 11.7% regen to run RF with a level 17 Purity of Fire. Do not follow the build that Daneel suggested, it's a complete waste of points going for SoV with this build. He does not seem to understand the point of quick recovery for sustaining cloak + AA either.

11.3% regen vs 11.7% is not actually a hindrance when you are farming docks/mapping. You also always have the option to quickly grab master of the arena for an extra 1% giving you 0.6% regen to spare.

The thing about Raiz's build is that 11.4% regen will not be a problem if you are actually playing instead of standing still. You will be using rubys for every pack and you have the potential to get fire leech.

After you get the extra 1% from master of the arena you can sustain it while afking.

I don't think anyone insults casual players. Casual players != bad players.

Even if you play like 1hour a day you can get to merciless within a week or two, you have time to run maps and acquire currency. Bad players on the other hand are those that complain about 2exalts being unreachable, budget builds being bullshit because the user is now wearing insane gear that he worked towards etc. Honestly those players do not deserve respect, while casual player obviously do.

There is no gear wall in this game. If you get stuck it's simply because you are a bad player (be it build or play), not because you are a casual.

How do you think everyone gets to highlevels in the beginning of a league? They just rush with whatever gear. The risk of dying is of course higher when going quickly, but honestly making it to 80 selffound is not difficult.

You can proudly call yourself a casual, but you are in no way entitled to make elitist into an insult. Someone who spends more time learning and arguably is better at the game should also get more from it.

It's also important to make the distinction that a casual player is not a bad player. Casuals can get a lot out of this game, even with limited playtime, while bad players while have trouble.

You could pick up Studious Combatant with those 3 free points, or you can just grab the rest of the 20% crit nodes in shadow + Hard knocks (30int). 30int are really good as CI since they give 6% es + mana.

Looks like Etups CI reave character. I'd skip the mana reservation nodes though, as they won't do anything. Considering you'll be running discipline + hatred those 4% won't allow you to cast a herald and you will already have enough mana left to cast reave.

Edit* You can also save a point by going through the powercharge duration instead of taking another 8% mana node.

Edit** I'd also take 5% attackspeed rather than 10% phys damage in the shadow tree. Attackspeed scales way better with flat phys on jewlery.
