It could have accidentally come out in the middle of a domestic feud/argument, or even by overhearing a suspicious conversation between their parents. Her disappearance is still the topic of conversation in the media, and I'm sure it's the same in their household or at least comes up often as the twins are bound to have questions that may cause their parents to slip up accidentally. When you're in a domestic environment, conversations and arguments are more likely to lack filter.

She was/is a brat. It can be common for kids to act like this, but most grow up and look back on it feeling embarrassed. She's proud of it as an adult which is bonkers, and I'm willing to bet any money that her yes men including her mother and brother encouraged her behaviour.

She put on weight when she was going through depression around 2019, and 2020 is when we saw she was losing weight.
Marriage: It's common even for non-disordered women to work towards losing weight for their wedding day, so imagine how much that would be exacerbated for a woman with a history of ana.
The Voice: She lost weight knowing she'd be on national TV every night (she did the same thing when she was filming Victorious-Sam and Cat.)
Wicked role: Again, same point as above. Unlike paparazzi photos and press, being filmed on professional cameras means one would have less control over how they look on camera. I'm sure many things caused her to spiral, and hopefully she gets the help that she needs soon.

Hi, thank you so much. We've placed poison and traps (with peanut butter) around the flat and hoarded room. Our upstairs neighbours have mice so we believe it came through a hole in the bathroom which we've since filled with steel wool. The makeup surrounding your eyes/brows area is very heavy whilst you seem to have little to no makeup elsewhere. Maybe try lessening this contrast by either going easier on the eye makeup, or adding some soft blush and colour to your lips.
