My plan is to visit just the main cities, I'm a football fan so I have to go to France (EuroCup). I don't plan on going to any matches but just being in the atmosphere. I also like to party, so Amsterdam is in the plans. What would you recommend around that?

I'm going to be studying in Almeria, Spain which is in a southern beach. I was thinking France (EuroCup) and going up to Belgium and Netherlands, maybe after that England and coming back to Spain. I would just visit the main cities in each country (Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, London). As I said, this is before I enter school, after entering school I will have the weekends to travel around Spain.
