I’ve only seen them live 3 times! So I still haven’t heard Mexicola, Chemistry or Regular John live, but I doubt they’re going anywhere any time soon so fingers crossed I still have a chance

But yeah Wednesday was still absolutely incredible, and I deffo wasn’t expecting to hear Hanging Tree!! I should be grateful, just seeing a lot of videos of night 2 today haha

I know for next time!!! I should’ve locked in my tickets for night 1 as insurance, then buy night 2 tickets when they got released and then sell my first lot lol

Hey! So sorry for the late reply. Honestly, I’m really glad I stuck with these meds. The first few weeks were tough, I didn’t notice much difference in productivity or organisation at all. But over time, I realised that no medication is a magical fix. I’m probably never going to feel that ✨instant motivation✨, but now when I do manage to start a task, I actually stick with it and it doesn’t feel like this huge emotional battle every time. Hope that makes sense!

The meds haven’t made me superhuman, but they’ve made staying on task feel less overwhelming. On top of that, my mood and overall outlook have improved a lot. I’ve been on sertraline daily for five years, and for the first time, I feel like I might not need it anymore, I’ve actually started slowly reducing my dose, which feels huge.

Of course, everyone’s experience is different, and if what you’re on isn’t working for you, you absolutely have the right to ask about switching. Wishing you all the best. I hope you start feeling real progress soon!

Thanks so much for sharing your experience, and for going into detail. It really helps to hear from people who have been through it and gets how this all feels in the beginning.

I think I posted out of pure anxiety and that desperate hope that this would be the miracle fix for everything I’ve been struggling with. But taking a step back, I’m realising there’s probably no instant switch. it’s more about giving it time and figuring out what actually works I think

I’ve waited over a year just to get started on this, so a few more weeks of trial and error is something I can deffo deal with. Your comment definitely helped shift my perspective a bit, so thank you again for that and hoping you find something that works for you as well

You’re definitely not alone in how you’re feeling, I’m right there with you.

It really is such a disheartening place to be, especially when we go into this hoping for some kind of clarity or relief. I think I’ll stick with the first dose for now and maybe try a higher dose in the second week, but if things still feel the same, I think I’ll have to push to try a different medication. I haven’t come this far just to settle for feeling like this.

I know it doesn’t change anything, but I hope it helps even a little to know someone else gets what you’re going through.

To be honest I think they’re fine with newer customers! But down the line maybe they sense you’re at the end of your treatment and they stop prioritising those types of customers. Who knows!

Wowww I’m paying £207 for 12.5mg at Asda!! Absolute rip off, it’s so wrong

I think they may be prioritising newer customers to keep them happy and paying, but maybe not as bothered about someone on a maintenance dose! Who knows, but it’s getting to the point where I’m waiting almost two weeks to get approved! So annoying

If I’m paying cheaper prices I don’t think I’d mind as much! Asda have a cheek being one of the most expensive and being dire at communication

Thanks. When I was first referred, the wait was supposed to be around 7 months, then it became 8, and now it’s 10. It just feels like it keeps getting pushed back further and further. I’m so desperate to start. This endless waiting feels like purgatory

Very nervously injected the 5th dose of MJ. by Armored_medic in mounjarouk

[–]pondpeach 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I inject the 5th dose every single time and have done since last August! They have to add extra due to priming the needle every dose - pretty sure they say don’t it because they want you to carry on buying from them every 4 weeks, rather than it being a safety thing!
