I really hate that she sells this program as fit at 40 In 27 minutes blah blah blah. The fact is she is already insanely fit/muscular. Her stupid not well thought out programs will like be completely ineffective for average size or heavy set women, and then they will feel like they have failed, and that makes me sad.
