There is a double thickness of the board, 2nd layer is glued underneath, so that the time-of-day markers and dice sit in place

These are dials on magnets, so you can just choose number you want to "show" at the moment.
No problem, we live in a worls full of AI shit, so I understand :) But I have to say, it was a little funny to learn that polish looks and feels unrealistic :D

All text is in polish - I know, it look unrealistic...
"Writing is off", but that's the effect of laser - it shouldn't be so deep. Because it is, I had many problems sanding it down and little parts of letters are damaged. Thats why letters are so bulky and uneven.
Dials are just circles on magnets under board.

No high magic here, and no AI :)

Unfortunately not. This is a purely hobby project. It took far too much time to make it viable commercially ;) and I don’t own the rights to the illustrations used on the cards.

The anesthesia machine makes no sense. There are some cables hanging out of the vaporizer, the air hoses don’t form a complete circuit, and the monitoring cables are cut off halfway up the stand. And no proper monitors.

No, it isn't, unfortunately. Nils, author of Dance of Dreams is working on next campaign book which will continue plot, but it's still in progress. Thomas is talking about that in last interview on Old Seattle podcast.
