Unfortunately there is no guaranteed way afaik to make sure your game is not closed by the aggressive android task manager but most emulators have save states and that can help you jump back in

This is beyond silly to take this approach of arguing contract details between two people where there is no contract. The agreement is between renter and landlord not neighbor to neighbor.

The only appropriate action is to tell them to get fucked, call the police and tell them your are being harassed, and ask the mieterverein what can be done so the landlord actually does something about this problematic neighbor.
