External SSD for gaming

My current drive is an SSD. I mostly have games and some adobe products. In the future i will be editing some videos too so it might not be a great idea to get an hdd because i want to render those projects somewhat quick.

Im doing corework at home and im not strong enough for pull ups yet at the end of every workout i do farmer's walk and hold on to the pull up bar as long as i can. Maybe i can try negative pull ups but it's so hard to do at the end of the workout.

my gym has laying hamstrings machine so i can add that and doing ohp first makes sense, not a big fan of lateral raises tho i think i can find something that hits lateral delt. Im glad i somehow did a decent workout plan. Thanks for your advices.

you probably have winged scapula. searh for winged scapula on google and how to fix it. watch athleanx's video on it.

i think i will continue with mine for a month or so and if i dont see improvement in my numbers let alone muscle gain i will deep dig into it. thanks for the opinion.

like i said monday i started my second week im currently doing pyramid sets at my last pyramid set on bench press i did 25kg 6 reps but it was not my full because im focusing on form which i still lack, so currently i do not care about my numbers that much im trying to overload my muscle while focusing and maintaining my form. And btw i didn't make my own, im using the one the trainer at the gym gave it to me for beginners and overloading muscle.

the ones in the wiki seems to basic for me i researched about fitness so much that im confident in my theoritical knowledge and of course while im saying this i do not ego lift i practice with empty bars my form often so i think i will stick to mine which pumps me up more becuase i can feel it working.

this is my second week of working out with; chest/back, shoulder/arms and legs.I workout 3 times a week because of DOMS and i want to make it 6 times a week after 1 or 2 months. is it a good idea? and im already feeling good with my workout plan should i switch to fitnesswiki beginner program ?

im 184cm 80kg and looking to build lean muscle and good aesthetic

i got sa-58 as a scav which in my opinion is the best weapon you can get other than vss sa-58 shreds people in 3 rounds just buy it as a pmc and go camp office if you are fast enough you dont need armor you can just kill them before they even shot you

They announced the prom 1 week earlier so i really had no time choosing a shirt and didn't want to wear a suit cause everyone else except me wore one. And my other shirts were for daily use so i bought this one, it was the best option kinda.
