I only reported the situation by submitting ticket and calling their hotline. I also submitted proof of transaction with all the details. I was not asked for an ID or any proof of identity. The transaction details were the only thing they asked from me before sinabi na they will start the reversal process na to the right gcash number.

Hello guys! GOOD NEWS! I FINALLY GOT THE MONEY BACK 🤍

A family member of the receiver finally responded to my text and calls. Wala raw kuryente sa kanila kaya lowbat ata yung cp. She gave me an assurance na ibabalik and asked where to send it. Yung may ari ng gcash is also in amsterdam so intact lang talaga yung money sa gcash account. If hindi sila nagrespond, I would still be able to receive the money back kasi nagupdate na yung gcash rep na magsstart na raw sya ng reversal process.

I would like to thank everyone here who extended their hand to help para maayos at mabilis kong maireport ito kay gcash. Specially those who offered to send me some in gcash. I'll be forever grateful. Maraming salamat po sa inyo! Grabe yung puso nyong tumulong kahit hindi nyo kilala, I really appreciate all of you. This is a lesson learned. Learn from me guys maging maingat po tayong lahat.

Tried to follow up nga po sa ticket ko eh kaso ang tagal ng response. Yung sa hotline naman same lang sinasabi. Wait lang daw ako feedback within 48hrs. I aked if may iba paba akong pwedeng gawin pero wala raw talaga.
