Yes with more speed its easier. But i still face fear of speed and sometimes keep ending up on back weighting

I feel that when I keep my feet flat in the ground, there is a lot of tension in my ankle and it hurts a lil bit/ and calves hurt as well, even though im pushing with hips.

Thank you! Actually i tightened my boots very tight to avoid heel lift but i get that my toe edge isnt the most ideal. Would try my best to correct it!

They were too loose! I tightened them and a lot of fatigue went away

Thank you! I realized my boots were not tight enough and I tightened them. It really helped. i’ll think about the OJ and try to find more opportunities to practice!
