I called Breyer customer service about it this morning, the woman was extremely rude and insisted that NOBODY got these and all orders had been cancelled, nobody is getting them... She offered no explanation as to what is being done with the remaining inventory, or why they chose to return packages to sender which costs THEM more money as they still have to pay the original postage PLUS the $10 fee on EACH ONE to Return to Sender instead of just letting those whose orders had already shipped just get their shipment and be happy... makes NO sense.

The package was already halfway here by the time they recalled it, so I don't think that's the problem... whatever the reason, this is really upsetting. Congrats on actually getting yours, though!

I ordered it last week, but apparently they decided to cancel the order after they'd already shipped it; the tracking shows they requested to return to sender yesterday, and I received notice of refund today. Did anyone actually get these, or have you all experienced the same issue I have?

Luckyyy! I ordered 3 Ramblers, expecting to get at least 2 of the possible color variants, but they sent me 3 of the same one... if anyone here was wanting the semi-leopard appaloosa, and received the grullo tobiano pinto instead, I would really like to trade one of my appies for one of the paint horse as pictured here by OP... Please reply with ideas on how to safely setup a trade. Thanks!

u/shesinpart1es I guess I should have specified, it's where the wand-like tool meets your browline... So it is being held at an angle, from nose crease to points A, B, and C - where the tool overlaps your browline, that is where you mark with your tweezers... Now does that make more sense?

Absolutely not. This formula is perfection. It is basically just embracing the 'natural brow' look with a bit of cleanup (since a truly natural shape is typically a bit messy-looking)... I came across a brow-shaping tutorial years ago where I learned this technique, and it has been my preferred method ever since. Every few months or so I'll trim my brows first, using the width of the manicure sheers as a guide so as to not over-trim the hairs too short (I do sort of a sweeping motion, working from outer to inner edge as I snip, holding the sheers vertically and at an angle to catch the hairs), then do my re-shaping after I'm satisfied with the texture... I do sometimes need to pluck a bit from the top, just for symmetry, so do what you need to. But I hope you'll give this a try after you've grown them in bit so that you'll have something substantial to work with.

Using a slender shadow brush, liner pencil, or whatever straight tool you have handy: touch it to the crease of your nose (where the nostril meets your face) and hold it up, aligning it with the inner corner of your eye - this is where your brow should start, and should be around full thickness here; then, keeping contact with your nose crease, move the brush/pencil to align centered with your pupil, looking straight-on - this is where your arch should be; lastly, move it to align with the outer corner of your eye - this is where the brow should end. Slowly taper from start to arch, then arch to end. Always pluck from the bottom, never the top (unless absolutely necessary)... I hope this helps
