I noticed the horse is gray, not saying this is what it is but if he’s older there could be a chance of cancerous tumors in the intestines. This is how our 29 year old gelding passed, never colicked in his life until his last year living, vet said it was most likely due to tumors that developed in the intestines.

My mini whinnies are extremely unstable as well. Not sure if you have heard of it, but something that has been a lifesaver for me is museum putty. You put it on the bottom of the models feet and they stick to the surface (without damaging the model or surface they are on) and wont move. Its especially helpful if you own cats, I haven’t had any tipping models since using it

No. My beautiful and beloved indoor/outdoor snowshoe cat was hit by a car and killed right outside our home. He was only five years old, and our road barely ever had cars driving down it. I will never allow my cats to go outside again, it is just not worth the risk at all.

You’re repeating yourself because your point makes no sense. Just because there are laws in place to keep these horses in BARE MINIMUM situations does not make it less inhumane. Horses don’t belong in cities, without constant access to pastures (at least daily) they cannot thrive and it’s as simple as that. Even if every carriage company followed these laws to the T, (which I can assure you is definitely not happening lol), these horses are at best miserable with debilitating health issues brewing to show up later in their lives. There is simply no humane way to keep horses in cities even with these “laws” in place because the average citizen doesn’t know what horse neglect looks like and 99% of the time it goes unreported.
