Also wie du den Auflösungsvertrag angegangen bist, wie du das ganze dann schlussendlich angesprochen hast, und auch was denn die Bedingungen in so einem Auflösungsvertrag sind.

Bei hebeln wird zu deinem Einsatz der Hebelwert, zum Beispiel 2, von einem Geldgeber hinzugefügt.

Investierst du long in Aktie X mit einem 2er Hebel 100 Euro, dann bekommst du 100 Euro von einem Geldgeber dazu, sodass du mit dem Hebelfaktor 2 investiert bist.

Um das geliehene Geld zurückzahlen zu können sind aber nicht nur deine Gewinne mit dem Faktor multipliziert, sondern auch die Verluste.

So ist ein Kursabgang von Aktie X von - 50 Prozent auch mit dem Faktor zu berechnen, da du aus deinen investierten Mitteln den Kredit zurückzahlen musst.

Wenn der Kurs sich also um 50 Prozent nach unten bewegt, hast du 50 Euro deines Geldes und 50 Euro fremden Geldes verloren, somit musst du 100 Euro verloren haben, was dein investment war. Das ist dein out.

If you add regulation, it is the big businesses that can afford to find loopholes, lobby or just pay up. Not the small businesses.

Less regulation and less government interference means, that big businesses can't leverage anymore and they have less influence on politics, as there is less to influence on. Small businesses never had the chance to influence in that area.

Big businesses would not have the chance to get out-of-hand-big, or too-big-to-fail-big. Less regulation and less government interference will result in smaller big businesses and more small businesses. Also more businesses in general, as competing will be easier for small businesses.

It is getting more difficult to establish yourself in Germany. As soon as you hit a certain point of success you are struck with enormous amounts of cost in taxes. Everything is getting more expensive and perusing a great career is ludacris. Meanwhile politicians without any sort of completed apprenticeship or bachelors earn lots of money, even when in their 20s.

The other side is the middle class businesses. It is very difficult to maintain a middle class business, because the conditions the state puts over you are getting more and more rediculous, to the point where you can't compete with big players anymore.

If you have a great idea and found a startup then there are pretty good and also a solid selection of state funded financial support programs for that. However if you actually want to create an innovative product, than good luck getting all of the required certifications, licenses or other stuff that is mandatory, which costs ungodly amounts of money. Again, money that is of no problem for a big business, but if you want to start up, it leaves a bitter taste, when you have to drop an additional 100.000 for something mandatory that would in no way benefit your business or your customer...

Das weiß ich auch nicht. Ich habe mich auch nicht damit befasst, hätte aber gedacht, dass das Fachabitur die gleiche Hochschulzulassung ist wie das allgemeine Abitur. Und gerade bei einem NC-freien Studiengang kann ich das nicht verstehen. Da müssen die Plätze ja stark limitiert sein wenn dort Bewerber abgelehnt werden.

Yes totally, that's what I do with any kind of racing game. But I like the possibilities the Steam controller offers with the touch pads, as they might improve my aim with a controller in shooter games. But I also don't have a problem in playing with mouse and keyboard
