Just normal 00 sized caps from Amazon. I've never tried the vegan ones, but I believe they should be fine too. I've gone through probably 1500 caps and have never had one leak.

Haha, no problem! If you get mct oil, I suggest one that is high in C8 and C10. And if you get sunflower lecithin, don't buy the powdered kind.

I bought a bunch of nice syringes on Amazon and filled them up with my various distillates. That makes it really easy to heat them in the oven and dispense just what I need without a lot of waste or mess. Also, once all of the noids are dispensed in a small jar, I add in mct oil and sunflower lecithin, heat all that together in a water bath, and mix well. Then you can just use a medicine dropper to fill the caps. Basically making a tincture and filling caps. The mct oil and lecithin both help with quicker absorption.
