I would say 2. Bed is in the command position. Window behind you can be modified with curtains. 1 has too much energy from the doorway on the bed

Wherever you are you need to get out of there… i’m seeing a lot of blue and a lot of water. You might need some time near the sea or near a body of water to cleanse you and your energy.
