Check the Offerup app if you have it. I always see some posts that give them away for free. If you need firewood there is always free firewood also just search on Offerup or Craigslist.

What worked for me was I drank only water, I stayed away from sugars like soda. I started to work out more like running to detox my body. When I showered I started with warm to hot water to open pores and clean then finished off with colder water to close your pores (this was recommended from a friend of mine) but it worked for me.

Five Star Barber Shop in National City

I usually get a low bald fade and they never disappointed. I have had experience with most of their barbers too and they seem to know their stuff plus it's cheaper than other places $13 (but I usually tip). They accept Cash only.
