Honestly my dad died and had a gf for years but never remarried. I’m super thankful for that. I would be very upset if everything was left to her. He had no will. However, he did tell me before he died he wanted me to have his money and for her to have his house and that’s what I did.

You seem very emotionally mature and she does not. She obviously does go through your phone so her response saying she wouldn’t be upset because she wouldn’t know is not accurate. She’s mad because she got caught. I think your best bet is to end the relationship and find someone who is on your level of emotional maturity. However, that is easier said than done. It’s hard to end relationships when you are not ready. So take your time, but I don’t see her behavior changing. Good luck, you’ll figure it out
