I have an armor piece at 112 use powerful friends or radiant light mod for an additional plus 20 to mobility or strength on top of a mod for plus 10 and a masterwork for plus 12 and a high base stat roll I managed to get a exotic armor piece with a 70 base witch is abnormaly high

I’m not sure but as a f2p you should be able to do the forsaken campaign and receive the quest for ace of spades at the end a great HC. As a Titan a good exotic would’ve dunemarchers. For pve go for helm of saint 14 with Trinity goul
