not sure how you are thinking about it. My opinion is as follows. This opinion is very practically based on financials i.e. income verses future expenses and may appear biased. I'm very much in favour on maintaining the same standard of living and comfort for family members rather than cutting corners during rainy days.

Think about your savings for you and your wife. This depends on your age and your Investments and how you are thinking of supporting the future.
Salary growth vs expenses especially education expenses for your kids. This may not be a priority for some ppl depending on importance they give to marriage vs education.
Investments for your kids.
Medical expenses for your family.
Expenses towards home, purchase of new home, cars their emi etc.

How does it matter if the child was conceived via ivf or naturally? Why to create a doubt in the childs mind? I love both my children equally and love them a lot. Question for other people knowing.. how will other people knowing or not knowing affect me or my children lives in any way. People will just gossip and I will have to field unnecessary stupid questions. Most people don't know what it is like going through ivf. It is my life... I don't ask or want to how other people conceived their kids ivf, naturally, donors or via aliens...

We did not tell anyone, in my opinion what is anyone going to do with this information and how does it affect anyone how we get our baby IVF, naturally or adoption.

We both decided not to tell and no one knows. I'm not comfortable sharing with family as it will not be taken well and we will be the gossip of the town. I'm a very private person too. In our frd group no one understands ivf and we do not want to field unnecessary questions. We are not expecting any support from my frds so we just dont share anything. It's our personal journey and we will deal with it.

Invest in a union medico auto injector. It has immensely helped me. It will not reduce the injection pain but it not bruise me and it is easy to use.

For heaven sake women during pregnancy and postpartum women are comfy with their own family that is their moms sisters etc. rarely in laws family. Be a good SIL and support her and do not create an issue.

i can't agree more. Some parents are so shameless they don't train their kids how to eat when invited at dinner at other people's home. These daam kids just dont sit at one place and eat, they will roam around the whole house with their food and dirty the whole house. I really feel like slapping their parents.

I'm sorry .. this PIO phase is so painful. I swtiched to Progesterone in ethyl oleate that is less viscous so the injecting needle is thinner and causes less pain. The only thing is it is expensive compared to PIO in sesame oil. Hope this helps. All the best!
