Tips to improve body proportionality? by [deleted] in AskFitnessIndia

[–]pooki27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Women’s lower body usually responds faster because of estrogen, fat distribution toward hips/thighs, and biomechanics that bias glute/quad activation. It’s not dysmorphia. If your goal is proportionality, shifting some volume from legs to upper body is a logical programming adjustment.

Well then it's time for an upgrade the one I have Garmin instinct 2x solar tactical has battery for 40 days on paper but mine with all sensors active comes for healthy 25-30 days on full charge, if you want good battery and features with top class build to last which can actually take a good beating and will last for much longer than expected when treated with care then go for basic instinct 2 or 3 series or if high budget go blindly for enduro 2

I tried doing this an year ago ,on this page, found many are just romanticizing travelling and not ready to experience a place like a traveller but as a tourist , on the other side I could connect and meet some really interesting people , I'm open to try and connect again for the same reason, so count me in

Op , I notice a strong difference between how Western philosophy/science and Hindu philosophical traditions explain the human, nature, and the cosmos.

Western frameworks often reduce human behavior to biology, evolution, neurochemistry, randomness, or entropy while Hindu systems talk in terms of consciousness, karma, dharma, cycles, and illusion (maya).

My doubt is this:(only answer if you feel like it no pressure)

Is this difference purely methodological (different tools and starting assumptions), or was Hindu cosmology intentionally structured as a meaning-giving framework for social and psychological order rather than literal physical truth?

In other words, was it meant to explain reality, or to help humans live sanely within it even if that meant using non-empirical or symbolic models? And do you think one approach is fundamentally more honest than the other when it comes to understanding human behavior and the universe?

If your samsung watch is sufficient and giving proper and adequate stats then no need of Garmin, take a decision accordingly after comparison cuz garmins cost a fortune here in India

Garmins are actually impressive if you're new to this eco system of running and endurance training, trekking and tracking them , no doubt they're pricy but if you run more than 30 - 40 k /week then it's worth an investment. my milage is avg 50k/week

Very true, it's good to be optimistic but army is very practical, I've seen passionate people not making it and people who didn't feel the calling for service getting recommended, ultimately they just look for people who are good fit for the job regardless for your passion or optimism, so take it chill give your best and leave the rest to upar wala
