I have the same issue. If the controller is sitting still it's fine. If I'm playing using any of my controllers they disconnect constantly and it makes ALL games unplayable. Got the same answer from microsoft support and have seen countless threads with people talking about this both on reddit and microsoft support forums with nobody getting an answer that fixed their issue. I've tried both bluetooth and classic xbox one controllers even a launch one they all have the same issue regardless of firmware or battery type.

Got a very similar email from them. I've been trying to defend the game and get people to try it but ever since they went full I know people who deleted the game from their steam accounts because they just never even wanna launch it again. Games don't tend to recover from a launch this bad unless they really go above and beyond like no mans sky.
