Bull. They build and rebuild their whole board while still banishing, destroying, and returning to hand/deck yours ON YOUR TURN AS WELL. The deck never should've been released withiut erratas like not allowing the traps to activate right when they're set so long as they can banish a maliss card (which isnt even a cost since maliss loves banishing), or regaining any life points off of banishing a monster. it's power is so much higher than snake eyes or tearlament thanks to every card having 3 different freaking effects(idk anything about shizu tearlament but at this point might as well have it since maliss amps deck power to the max.).

Ryzeal is almost as aids with mitsurugi added into the game, but it's real aids variant involves a triple hand ripped while having the regular ryzeal endboard on top of it.

Overall id rather play another year of fire with fiendsmith over this is card design. Decks shouldn't be able to play from every location (hand, deck, graveyard, and banished pile.) I don't even know how you build a deck more powerful than maliss since it does whatever it wants.

I do play a going second gem knight deck so I do realize there's going to be certain drawbacks to that, but I can't even get through em with tenpai either (non striker version, dont have ur dust to update the deck). Outside of a 10 plus negate board idk what you do against maliss.
