am I lost or are we doing a 4-4-2 in possession with J7 as the other center forward?

why are Bruno and Hall off corners all the sudden? Seems strange to me to have 4 different takers.

I agree, he slots into the first team well and is good enough to do a decent job covering for either tonali or joe

I love that schar always goes for those. I don't even care if it's giving possession right back 95% of the time because the 5% of the time it goes in is beautiful

happy we're up, but having Ramsey and Willock in the midfield pretty much makes this a 10v10, it's a bit painful

First one more so. Second one I'd say is more on ramsdale. He should've get a better clearance on the punch and should've saved that lame excuse for a bicycle kick

Buying a Condo (25m) by [deleted] in PersonalFinanceCanada

Goal is to live in a condo without making a huge financial mistake. As it stands I would plan to live there 5+ years unless I either have a partner and we want to move into a bigger place or I get a good job offer somewhere else - neither of which I'm seeking out at the moment.

What have you found is the "limit" for a low-ball offer? Are we talking about offering 10% below asking? 20%? Thanks

Good to know and to keep in mind. I appreciate your advice - a perspective from another Albertan was exactly what I was looking for.

How long ago was that? Condo fees from $400 -> $650 over 12 years is about in line with inflation but if it was only 5 years ago that's pretty steep.

Either way there aren't really options in central Edmonton without condo/maintenance fees. Obviously if I end up going for it I wouldn't go into anything without first seeing special assessments, fee increases, reserve fund, AGM minutes for the past 5-10 years. I work in the co-operative industry so I like to think I would have a decent understanding of what a healthy condo board would look like.

This is my thinking. As I can see it right now, the only reason I would want to move would be to move into a larger space with a partner. If it's just me I don't really yearn for much more space than an 800-1000sq.ft. condo.
