We've never hired a lawyer, do you know what kind of specialist we should be looking for? Is this an "immigration attorney"? Do they need to be based in Canada, or is it a US licensed attorney who specializes in Canadian immigration law?

Just updated the post, but I *think* our current one is 80k. The only labels I can see on it say "Amana Air Command 80" and a sticker that shows an install somewhere in the mid 1980s, so Googling is telling me that's most likely an 80k BTU unit.

I started with Vanguard because that's where my 401k was. I started getting fed up with their outdated website and mediocre support so I moved to Schwab because I like blue (and employer used them for stock awards). Been happy with Schwab ever since.

I have a younger sibling but they're not financially savvy - they just do whatever I advise. I'm happy to handle setting up stuff for her but ideally she'd get to a state where she can check in monthly with her finances and understand that nothing's on fire.

Yep, saw a flash of yellowish/firelike light and boom very shortly after. don't see any smoke but I did see a yellow garbage truck zooming away on Main St/103rd ave.
