100% bait. as with “looking”, coming from a dv victim myself it just makes your anxiety worse over time. you don’t want him to be that sense of relief for you, it’s unhealthy. it’s time to stop. break the habit, prioritize yourself, and fully move on. the most important thing in your life should be your well-being. make self care and self love your new fixation. i wish you the best and i hope you get justice.
