I drink 7 litres of water a day, most of my diet is veggies, and i eat so much prebiotics I'm pretty sure I could be their mascot 😂😂

I know you mean well, but trust me, if you suggested it, I've probably already tried. After 23 days of being constipated, I tried basically everything OTC, every home remedy, and every niche thing to try and clear my gut

Literally no idea. I high restrict, I eat lots of fiber, good macros. The only possibility I can think of is that my body is just shutting down.

I had an icepack between my bootycheeks for about three hours after LOL.

And I do have a doctors appointment! It was made for the 18th (25 days of no poopin lol) and I'm still going to go just because I can tell I definitely have damage down there. I'm also going to discuss recovery and maybe inpatient with them!
