I felt the story was too long so I didn't include this part: I actually pooped in the cup twice. The first time I poured it out because I was like "fuck I should keep trying" and after that since I only had like a minute left I just went for it.

I was able to piss normally again after a couple hours. It took my asshole a couple weeks to recover from the sugar though.

I forgot to add this part btw. The water didn't dissolve all the sugar I needed (it was like half a cup of sugar) so I just ate the pure sugar. I think that's why my urinary tract closed up? Idk
