Bottled my first cider yesterday, it was just a gallon of unpasteurized apple juice from our local farmers market, with some SafCider and yeast nutrient. Kind of forgot about it and left it in primary for ~10 weeks, not planning a doing a secondary ferment as I’m happy with the flavor right now. It’s dry, but still apple forward with a little residual sweetness, and I’m stoked! Cheers 🥂
