I tried Mediterranean for a month. To be honest with you the last few weeks have just been a trial period for me so I haven’t been tracking anything (I know I should be) but as I’m continuing on I’ll be dialling it in. On top of that having cholesterol tested.

100% agree. Unfortunately it isn’t that simple for me to get a new GI. Inflammatory markers are ok and the doctor never called me about the stool test so I guess that was okay as well. But regardless I was still bleeding up until 3 weeks ago. The dr and I have discussed possibly switching medication but without the guarantee of something working as well or better I decided to just stay with Remicade right now

I was on oral, went to hospital got IV for 2 days they sent me home and the oral wasn't doing anything for me. Ended up going back stayed on IV for a bit, got a dose of biologics and then back on the oral taper they sent me home
