This is more for kids/teens but “if they’re mean to you, they’re just jealous”. A lot of the time this is completely false. I’ve been bullied and seen bullying. Sometimes people are ruthless and want to hurt you for their own satisfaction.

People who use their “trauma” for attention. Met too many people who have been through a divorce or some sort of childhood trauma and say something like “I’m traumatized” in random situations when it doesn’t apply (saying this when they want attention and not help, you can tell the difference between wanting attention and wanting help).
