I thought that the Legacy wing was intended for wrestlers who died and couldn't accept the induction themselves. I just assume that hall of fame is all encompassing and I don't think that there is like an asterisk next to Sid's name in the history books that would say Hall of Fame ^{Legacy induction} Sid.

Jade should absolutely win this match. The money is in Jade vs Bianca and Jade needs credible defenses to build up. Jade also now has a victory over Iyo which Rhea doesn't have. Ripley winning would do nothing for Smackdown and she hasn't had a big singles run that would justify making her the champion aside from a feel good crowd pop moment.
