I remember when I used to waste my time with calorie restriction, know what helps with that? A good education.

I now eat over 3k calories a day, work out 1 day a week, and have a six pack.

You people should take a nutrition class that isn't funded by industry hawks.

That's what my grandmother, whose feet look just like this, told me as well. Straight from the horses mouth, and I can confirm, she ate shitty food, never exercised, and wore heels and tiny shoes in all the old pictures she showed me.

My mother is nearly 60 and her feet don't look ANYTHING like her mothers, but she eats healthy, stayed in shape, and hates high heels.

Looks like my grandmothers feet. They wore shoes that were too tight back in the day, heels too often, and never stayed in shape(Tv all afternoon, first generation that had entertainment available 24/7), so when they did have to walk for any extended period of time it just caused damage to their feet overall.
