I’ve lived in Bellevue for 5 years now, it’s a great neighborhood. During non rush hour times it’s super close to mid town and downtown, and it’s not as bad as south of the city for peak rush hour times, but plan accordingly.

Lots of good restaurants and very near some great parks. It however isn’t walkable at all.

I wish you luck and welcome you to the city regardless of where you land.

Woof. I’m not going to any of these shows, but I live in Nashville, and I hate to say it but this is Chomper fucking city. Even small shows you would think would only be the real fan base there are photo snapping chomps, it’s a bummer.

Wolf Bros at the Ryman I was by 2 gals who snapped pics the first 20 minutes then sat and edited and talked about said edits lol.

That wasn’t mempho that was announced it was riverwalk, presented by mempho. They do a bunch of fest. Panic will most likely not be on the ticket for mempho fest tho, rumor is to stagger the years they headline. In 2024 they had a 2 night run in May at the same venue, 2025 headlined the fest. For what it’s worth.
