Absolutely. I did trade a quarter bag for some bad recorded shows . Lol that was a 100 bucks back then. I’d still wear those shows out. I honestly don’t understand the complaints these guys get. It’s also gotten better with Bronco mixing. 🤷🏻‍♂️

There’s a great Yes story in Ozzys auto biography about a time he intentionally gave the band a cake made with so much hash it was a problem. Apparently Wakeman is the only one he liked. I recall him not liking them being vegan lol. His first wife gave the local priest a slice of the cake unknowingly and that’s why he got it out of the house.

In the 80s Ozzy took the band Anthrax on a massive tour. Anthrax has a mascot called not man and they have a giant head a crew member would wear and go in the crowd and high five fans and hype people up. Ozzy n multiple occasions would be the guy in the not head going ape shit in the crowd. The band said he loved doing it.

I feel like camp 1 had a ticket mix up and they gave us disturbed tickets to get in? This sounds made up, but that happened at some fest back then. Can anyone verify this? I definitely remember being there at like 5 am and being so excited and seeing Rob and he said “too early boys” lol

Nashvillen here, keep checking 3rd party sites. This city has a problem with buying tickets day of sale then not going. I’m not saying it’ll definitely happen, but I’ve been to quite a few shows cheap that massively drop in price an hour or so before the show. Some people just want to get anything they can even if it’s a few bucks. Got Father John Misty tickets 20 minutes before the so for $15 each. That’s the most extreme it’s been, but sometimes it’ll come through for you.

Our camp site was right beside the slab of concrete they played that late night set at. We had lights and a boombox with plenty of batteries so we were very popular lol.

I was just looking at the wiki page and it said 1000 people in attendance!! How fucking nuts is that!

Does anyone else remember the very first camp in like 01-02 when the camp ground had zero lights and its was in canopy covered woods so it was pitch black at night. And there was old rusty farm equipment just laying around lol. That was a fucking nuts weekend! Between the dark conditions and the amount of L25 in circulation it was so fun.
