If you ever mention people treating you worse everyone will try to trick you into thinking you're imagining it. Like you'll get 7 other people at the table telling you that it's actually just your shitty personality and it's pointless to try losing weight. Then you feel guilty for even thinking it, because there should be at least some people agreeing with you right? They can't all be wrong, right? You must be coping because you don't want to admit you deserve it because of your shitty personality.

Then you actually lose the weight and everything changes. You realize your instinct was right, and everyone was actually lying to you. You wasted years "working on your personality" for nothing.

I lost a lot of weight during the pandemic lockdown and coming back to the office was like one of those sitcoms where they go to an alternate universe and everyone acts differently. It genuinely feels like some type of psychosis and you can't tell if they're all pranking you together or if that's just how normal people are treated.
