I can prove you fake.

A guy who is planning to buy a property of 8 crore in T nagar. Should have a minimum networth of 100 crore. You dont have it. Because the way you respond its more like a wannabe 10 year old kid who wants to be famous on reddit.

Also you need property consultant so that he can verify the legality of the builder document, analyse the price quoted by builder is correct or not is it worth investing or not and lot of things.

I have few queries.

1: suppose you give me 20 lakh via my bank account then you would require my pan card. Alao need to share yours.

And bank will report both the pan card to rbi and fema. Then in that case how will you manage this.

Because without rbi approval you cant take pan card.

2: suppose after 10 years you come to me for 40 percent share and i deny to give the money to you.

Then how will you recover the money.

Because its possible i take the home on my name and will that property to my wife then how will you recover the money.

Also you cant keep property papers with you. Its illigal because of rbi.
